Our project with Elektromreža Srbije (EMS) showcased the implementation of the SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) module. This mobile solution, designed for asset management, equips EMS with tools for supervising and maintaining its equipment.
EMS, a leading energy transmission company, has a large number of field workers who interact with various types of equipment daily. The implemented solution enables technicians to access all relevant work and asset information in real time and make necessary updates directly in the field. This significantly streamlined and accelerated their processes.

The project we completed in collaboration with Nikola Tesla Airport is one of the most significant in our portfolio. Our team was responsible for implementing the SAP ERP MM (Material Management) module.

Flaner successfully implemented a state-of-the-art platform for Lasta, the largest and oldest bus company in Serbia. The platform's application supports over 200 features, providing real-time sales monitoring across all sales channels. Despite the complexity of the system, the implementation was completed seamlessly, enabling Lasta to efficiently manage ticket sales at all points of sale, both domestically and internationally, including on-board sales. Management has access to a whole range of tools for traffic management and performance monitoring, and the solution enables complete automation of the process.
In collaboration with Elektroprivreda Srbije (EPS), the largest energy company in Serbia, we have undertaken two key projects.
The first involves implementing SAP ERP solutions within the "Distribution System Operator (ODS) EPS Distribucija." Our task was to introduce this solution across all technical centers within the ODS system.
The second project, which we take great pride in, is the implementation of the SAP IS-U solution and the Central Billing System, creating a unified billing platform for the entire company. This SAP Billing system, the first of its kind in the Western Balkans, underscores our position as the regional leader in SAP solution implementation. Both projects were completed to the mutual satisfaction of all involved.
The implementation of a unified billing system was carried out in response to market deregulation and separation requirements. As part of the project, two SAP IS-U systems were deployed—one for EPS Supply and one for EPS Distribution (ODS).
The overall solution architecture involves the integration of the SAP IS-U solution implemented for EPS Distribution (ODS) with the Smart Grid solution via the Nites ESB segment. The Smart Grid solution communicates with other systems that support the complete processes (ORD, AMM).
The integration between the SAP IS-U and the Smart Grid environment encompasses business processes with the following functionalities: master data processes, work orders, device management processes, meter point transfer and relocation processes, and the reading of discrete and interval values.
The project was successfully implemented in the distribution areas of Kragujevac and Niš.
